Michael Moore has over 20 years of coaching experience , and many years of massage therapy experience. Michael has a deep understanding of the workings of the musculoskeletal body, and specializes in athletic conditioning and recovery.

Here at Canyon Health you also have the benefit of combining fitness training with an understanding of metabolic health. We want to address any health issues that may be an obstacle to your success so that we can safely and effectively support you.

The process begins with an Initial personal training appointment which includes a postural and movement assessment. We will evaluate your body composition and fitness level and give you an opportunity to identify and clarify your goals. You will also have one on one workout with your trainer, so you can experience what to expect in the training process.

 Our packages include hourly one on one workouts with trainer, free access to NASM phone training app with endless workout options tailored for you.  It also keeps  you and your trainer connected between workouts to follow your progress.
