Kelly Mayer, CMT

Kelly is a Certified Massage Therapist, Pelvic Steam Facilitator and lifelong student of the healing arts. Her dedication to health stems from her desire to assist others on their path to healing, as well as her own  appreciation for healing touch and loving care. Following her studies in Human Communication at CSU Monterey Bay, Kelly graduated from the Pacific Center for Awareness and Bodywork in Kauai, Hawaii in 2017. She has continued her training in Craniosacral Therapy at the Upledger Institute and as an Abdominal Therapist through the Abdominal Therapy Collective.

Structural Integration, Lomi-Lomi, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Abdominal Therapy, Cupping Therapy and trauma-informed care are the foundations of her practice. Kelly’s intention is to create a safe environment in which people can feel more calm, capable, and comfortable, and experience a greater sense of harmony. Her sessions are customized to suit the needs and comfort levels of each individual body.

Among her passions are facilitating pelvic steams and creating custom herbal steam blends for clients goals and gynecological symptoms. A combination of abdominal massage and pelvic steaming can be helpful for easing menstrual symptoms, improving fertility, digestion, and supporting individuals through their prenatal, postpartum, and menopause phases.
